THE Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) have confirmed the identities of victims who died in a road traffic accident that occurred on Tuesday along Masvingo-Beitbridge Road.
In a statement on Wednesday, ZRP said the death toll has risen to seven.
“The death toll has risen to seven. Six victims have so far been identified by their next of kin. The Zimbabwe Republic Police releases the names of five of the six victims who were identified by their next of kin,” it said.
The victims are Farai Rateiwa from Makoni, Rusape, Andrew Dembura, Felistas Bhasitera, Isabel Dembura (9) and Hilfrasia Dembura (6) all of Nyabonga, Zaka, Masvingo.
One of the victims is a foreign national.
