PROMINENT Masvingo businessman Mr Noah Marima’s profile continues to grow after he was recently crowned the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC) 2025 Business Leader of the Year for the Southern Region.

Mr Marima, who runs a Junior Driving School, Junior Construction, Junior Security and Junior Primary and High Schools, was honoured in recognition of his business acumen that has transformed the socio-economic complexion of Masvingo and beyond.

The honour by ZNCC comes after he was last year honoured as Businessman of the Year by the same organisation while Junior Driving School scooped the ZNCC Enterprise of the Year award.

His foray into education led to the birth of Junior Primary and High schools that have set the bar for education higher with learners also graduating with driver’s licences on top of internationally- acclaimed examinations.

The trend-setting businessman paid homage to the Second Republic under President Mnangagwa for creating the right atmosphere for businesses to grow.

According to him, teamwork was at the heart of Junior Holdings’s rapid growth and expansion that is making a positive impact on Masvingo’s socio-economic landscape.

“I am elated to have received this award( from ZNCC) . This recognition will work as a catalyst for me and my staff to continue working hard and build a dream that will positively impact on the lives of our people and grear nation,” he said

“I would like to specifically thank my team at Junior Holdings for making this(winning the award) possible because without their support and unwavering commitment it would have not happened.”

Mr Marima is already spreading his tentacles beyond Masvingo as Junior Holdings continues to draw inspiration from President Mnangagwa’s “Nyika Inovakwa Nevene Vayo” mantra.
