Maswanhise claims Player of the Month honours after blistering form at Motherwell

WARRIORS international Tawanda Maswanhise has been named G4 Claims Player of the Month for July, following an eye-catching run of form that saw him net four goals in as many games for Motherwell.

The 22-year-old scored a brace against Clyde before repeating the feat against Morton in the group stage of the Scottish League Cup.

His performances helped Motherwell progress comfortably and have sparked excitement among supporters hoping the club can build momentum heading into the league campaign.

Speaking after receiving the award, Maswanhise was quick to pay tribute to the fans.
