High-riding gospel musician, Mathius Mhere is South Africa-bound on a one-off gig slated for tomorrow at Kempton Park in Johannesburg. The show is going to be one of a lifetime for his SA fans hardly a month after he also staged a scintillating performance on the same venue on March 7.
Mhere said his performance is by public demand since his fans still wants a piece of him in the neighbouring country. On Sunday, Mhere is set to serenade his fans back home when he performs along the gospel couple, the Charambas at the Chipaz 10th Anniversary family show at Gwanzura Stadium.
In an interview, Mhere could not hide his joy for his return to SA.
“I am very happy to be called for the second time to perform at the same venue in SA. This is indeed a favour from God and would like to thank him for his overflowing mercy,” he said.
Mhere said he will continue working hard in as far as mesmerizing his fans are concerned.
“I will continue working hard to ensure that my fans are not starved of the good music that keeps them going,” he said.
