In our Saturday Herald edition on November 28 we published a picture of Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa greeting United Nations Resident Co-ordinator Mr Bishow Parajuli and referred to him on the caption as the Acting President.
The fact is that Vice President Phelekezela Mphoko is the Acting President while President Mugabe is in Paris, France, attending the 21st United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
