SOCIALITE and events management guru, Prince “Stlyz” Mudzingwa, says he is living his dream.
Better known as Mayor of Istanbul, the multi-tasking events planner was recently in the country for the launch of Hillary Makaya’s brand MKY in the capital.
“It feels good to be back home to support my sister Hillary Makaya who has invited me to come as a guest.
“I consider Hillary Makaya as family.
“I first met her in Singapore where I discovered that we share the same vision.
“I will continue supporting her and it is my hope that we help each other put Zimbabwe on the world map,” he said.
Stlyz, who has settled well in Turkey, said bringing together A-list guests under one roof in has always been his calling.
“I have always enjoyed hosting major events in Turkey and Cyprus where I studied law.
“After settling well in Turkey where I earned the moniker Mayor of Instanbul, I hope to continue doing my best.
“Over the years, I have met a couple of celebrities but Ruger is my favourite celebrity.
“Ruger was one of the personalities who graced my birthday last year and from there I see him as a brother, he inspires me and he is down to earth a very humble young man,” said the flamboyant prince of style.
Besides event planning, Stlzy has interest in mining and entrepreneurship.
“I have always wanted to diversify and venturing into mining remains one of my priorities,” he added.
