MBARE-based Zim hip hop artist, Bling4, has caught the attention of established Afro pop and Zim dancehall musician Quonfuzed.
Bling4 has been releasing social commentary songs, which have been well received by the Zim hip hop fraternity.
Quonfuzed noticed how the rapper was making inroads in the showbiz industry and decided to collaborate with Bling4.
Speaking to H-Metro, Quonfuzed revealed why the rapper won his heart and his decision to combine forces with him on the track titled Vhenekai.
“People seem to like Bling4 and everything else is unpredictable.
“Well, I’m not a psychic but, at the same time, I see him putting in work and that always brings positive results.
“So, in that sense, I see him going far and better with time.
“I like his creativity, his flow and his humility.”
The collaboration – Vhenekai – which is set to drop next week, is a spiritual prayer.
“Vhenekai drops next Wednesday.
“The song is about the ups and downs of life, it’s a motivational prayer to the Lord asking for forgiveness and surrendering your life to Him,” he told H-Metro.
Bling4 is a budding rapper making notable progress in the local showbiz industry.
He has popular songs on the streets including Musaga, Tinashe Mugabe and Hakuna Magetsi.
He is currently riding high with the song Hausi Bharanzi, which is being used by many youths on TikTok.
