Kazuru is denying the charges and was remanded on US$100 bail.
Prosecutor Mr Henry Muringani told the court that on July 5 at Paramount Nite Club (Chikwanha) in Chitungwiza, Kazuru was with his brother when he met Tapiwa Chodokufa (32), a patron, on the doorway. The court heard that Kazuru blocked Chodokufa from going outside and accused him of being part of a gang that assaulted him before.He went on to harass Chodokufa and hit him in the face with an unknown object. Chodokufa sustained a deep cut on the forehead and Kazuru allegedly took US$180 from him.
