adminTOP gospel artistes Mathias Mhere and Kuda Mutsvene will perform at the Trumpet of Jubilee Celebration Day at AFM Yobel Fellowship Centre in Mufakose, Harare next month.
Mufakose residents will get the rare treat of witnessing these top artistes and upcoming gospel musicians on September 10.
The show is a fund raiser for Yobel Assembly’s building programme.
Event organiser Silent Shasha, who will also perform artistes, said: “This is something that doesn’t happen every day in communities like Mufakose and I encourage the locals to come in their numbers to praise the Lord through music. I believe it is going to be an awesome day and a great experience for many people.
“Tickets are already available and people can get them at Yobel Assembly or Dariro Mode. The advance ticket is US$2 while buying at the gate will cost US$3.
‘‘We also have a US$5 ticket that gives you admission and refreshments.”
He added that they expected some prominent people to grace the event.
“I cannot reveal the names now since we are yet to get confirmation from some of the prominent people whom we have invited. It is not an ordinary show, we have got a dinner lined up amongst other activities for families,” said Shasha.
More than 15 artistes will perform at the show and some of the names include Jacob Manwa, Pastor Josh Kays, Pianos Jaravaza, Plaxedes Meck, Family Worship Choral Group, Brother Keith, Minister Fred, and Mai Guvheya amongst others.
