US-based Zimbabwean CEO advisor expands international speaking profile with engagements in Harare, Johannesburg(SA) and Baltimore(USA)
United States-based Zimbabwean business strategist, CEO advisor, executive trainer and global Executive Speaker Michael Tendai Watyoka has been invited to address the Global Business Achievers Network event scheduled for November 9, 2026, at the prestigious Rainbow Towers Hotel & Conference Centre in Harare.
Watyoka is expected to share the platform with four government ministers, alongside prominent business leaders, entrepreneurs and senior executives, in discussions focusing on leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainable business growth.
The invitation marks another milestone in Watyoka’s international speaking engagements, following previous invitations to the CEO Africa Roundtable, Zimbabwe Future Capital Forum and the AI & Innovation Summit in Victoria Falls.
Watyoka, who is based in the United States, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GrowWise Wealthy Builders, an executive advisory and business transformation organization dedicated to helping companies improve efficiency, productivity, profitability and scalability.
His professional background includes experience with global financial institutions Charles Schwab Investments and UBS Wealth Management. He holds two MBA degrees, including an MBA in Finance from the University of Cumbria in the United Kingdom and an MBA from Washington Adventist University in the United States.
Taking USA Leadership Expertise to Global Platforms
Watyoka’s upcoming Harare engagement forms part of a broader international speaking schedule, reflecting his growing involvement in executive leadership and business transformation discussions across different markets.
Following the November 9 event, he is scheduled to travel to Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa, where he will speak at the Leading Beyond Uncertainty leadership event from November 17–20, 2026.
He is also scheduled to address DisruptHR Baltimore in the United States in December, where his presentation will explore Charitable Leadership and its implications for organizational culture and executive leadership.
Through these engagements, Watyoka continues to contribute to international discussions on business transformation, innovation, leadership excellence and sustainable enterprise development.
Championing Practical Solutions for Business Growth
Beyond his international speaking engagements, Watyoka has developed several proprietary business transformation frameworks, including the Little Foxes Diagnostic Tool™️, Soft Innovation™️ and the CEO Growth Engine.
These frameworks focus on helping chief executives identify hidden business challenges, eliminate operational inefficiencies, improve profitability and build scalable organizations.
He is also the founder of the CEO Solutions Room™️, an executive advisory initiative designed to move beyond conventional business networking by providing structured business diagnosis and practical solutions to challenges facing CEOs and business owners.
His approach emphasizes the importance of identifying business weaknesses before they develop into major operational or financial problems, much like preventive health assessments help identify potential health concerns before they become serious.
Honored to Share the Platform with Government Ministers
Expressing his appreciation for the invitation, Watyoka said he was grateful for the opportunity to return to his home country and contribute to discussions involving government and private-sector leadership.
“I am truly honored and grateful to have been invited to speak at the Global Business Achievers Network event in Zimbabwe. It is a privilege to share the platform with government ministers and engage with distinguished business leaders and executives on matters of leadership, innovation and business growth,” he said.
Watyoka believes that Africa’s economic transformation requires strong leadership, innovation and practical strategies that enable businesses to compete successfully in increasingly challenging markets.
He emphasized that sustainable business growth must be supported by disciplined execution, operational efficiency and leadership capable of responding to changing economic conditions.
As he prepares for his engagements in Zimbabwe, South Africa and the United States, Watyoka remains committed to promoting leadership excellence and sustainable business development.
“I am sincerely grateful to the organizers for the invitation and for the opportunity to contribute to conversations that shape the future of business and leadership in Africa. To God be the glory!” he said.
