WestProp Holdings will in the first quarter of 2025 break ground for the construction of a five-star apartment hotel at Millennium Heights, a move that will empower and usher apartment unit owners into the hospitality industry,chief executive officer, Ken Sharpe has said.
Construction will take up to 24 months to complete.
The apartment block will have 148 stylishly designed individually owned units modelled along the Michelangelo Towers in Sandton, Johannesburg South Africa.
According to Sharpe, “Millennium Heights Apartment Hotel will be a game-changer for Harare”.
“This iconic development will offer unparalleled luxury, convenience, and investment opportunities, cementing Harare’s position as a premier business and tourism destination,” Sharpe said.
He described the apartment hotel as the “heavy-weight” distinguishing from the other middle and lightweight developments that have so far taken place at the Millennium Estate.
Sharpe says the apartment hotel will have 150 units, five star hotel amenities that include a rooftop pool, gym and restaurant, club house, state of the art conference and meeting facilities, exclusive retail spaces and secure parking 24/7.
The project will create jobs both in construction and hospitality employees and will contribute to Harare’s Gross Domestic Product, boost tourism and increase accommodation options for the discerning customers.

Construction is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2025, with completion expected within 24 months.
