Minister Chadzamira hails ED as God-given leader

MASVINGO Provincial Affairs and Devolution Minister Ezra Chadzamira has hailed President Mnangagwa as a God-anointed leader committed to the mass empowerment of Zimbabweans.

Speaking during the handover of cash for projects to members of Crossborder Traders for ED-Masvingo Chapter on Thursday, Minister Chadzamira hailed the President for transforming the lives of the majority of citizens.

Crossborders for ED- Masvingo Chapter last week received US$20 000 under the Presidential Empowerment Scheme from the Presidential Investment Advisor to the United Arab Emirates, Dr Paul Tungwarara.

“Our President, Dr Cde ED Mnangagwa, was anointed by God to lead this country; that is why he is in power and has been spearheading transformative development that has set the country towards Vision 2030,” he said.

“During his stint in office, President Mnangagwa has transformed the country through various mass empowerment projects.

“He (President Mnangagwa) is a God-given leader who is wholeheartedly committed to empowering Zimbabweans.”

Minister Chadzamira urged the 26 recipients of the loans to use the money wisely to grow their businesses and create wealth for their families.

In his address at the same event, Crossborders for ED national chairperson Mr David Masore also paid glowing tribute to the President for walking the talk on his mantra of “leaving no one and no place behind”.

Mr Masomere hailed the President as a visionary with a strong passion to improve the welfare of ordinary people.

He also thanked Dr Tungwarara for always being on hand to convince the President of the efficacy of availing more funding to empower ordinary Zimbabweans.

The Crossborder Traders for ED national chair also praised Minister Chadzamira for offering affordable residential stands to his members in Masvingo province.

At least 26 members of Crossborders for ED Masvingo Chapter received cash ranging from US$200 to US$500 at the ceremony amid pomp and fanfare.

The beneficiaries were drawn from all seven administrative districts in Masvingo province.
