Speaking today at the official commissioning of the equipment, including a grader, a firetender truck, a borehole drilling rig, services vehicles and motorbikes at the council’s headquarters in Murombedzi, Minister Daniel Garwe said the council should play a part in the implementation of National Development Strategy 1(NDS-1).

The minister also toured newly constructed state-of-the-art offices that the council built from devolution funds.
