Minister mourns Sekuru Limbani

The Information, Media and Broadcasting Services Ministry has sent a message of condolence to the Samushonga and Limbani families following the death of Sekuru Anderson Limbani.

Sekuru Limbani was the father of Associated Newspapers of Zimbabwe managing director Mrs Sharon Samushonga. Sekuru Limbani (83) collapsed and died at his home in Ruwa last week.

In a statement yesterday, the ministry said: “The Minister of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services, Dr Christopher Mushohwe, his deputy Mrs Thokozile Mathuthu, Permanent Secretary Mr George Charamba, senior management and staff would like to convey their sincere condolences to Mrs Samushonga and family, the Limbani family and the entire management and staff at the Associated Newspapers of Zimbabwe (ANZ) following the untimely passing on of Sekuru Anderson Limbani, father to ANZ managing director Mrs Sharon Samushonga.”

The Ministry said Dr Mushowe learnt with sorrow the death of Sekuru Limbani.

“May the Samushonga and Limbani family find comfort in the Lord as they mourn the death of their dearly departed father; May his dear departed soul rest in peace,” said the Ministry.
