YADAH coach Genesis Mangombe wants his troops to retain the focus they showed against CAPS United for the rest of the season.
The Miracle Boys beat the ailing Green Machine 1-0 on Saturday.
Now, they have a date against a Tenax side battling for their survival in the top-flight league.
The match, on Friday, will kick-start the weekend programme.
“We are expecting a difficult game, which needs maximum concentration from the start,” said Mangombe.
“We played them away and they are a good side. They’re in the relegation zone and want to fight their way out, so it’s going to be a tricky encounter.
“We are working on our concentration levels and preventing complacency.”
He added:
“We don’t need to get carried away because of our win against CAPS United.
“I’ve talked to the boys about it, and to win this game we have to increase our intensity and finishing because our conversion rate against CAPS United was very poor.”
He said they were nursing injuries, with Lennox Mucheto and Tanaka Gatsi, set for late fitness tests for Friday’s tie at the giant stadium.
“But, some are back from suspension, so we still have a wider pool of selection.
“Now, that we beat a big team, it means that we can beat any team on a good day.
“We are nearing the end of the season and every team now doesn’t want to lose points unnecessarily.
“But, we are not going to change our system of play; which is passing the ball around with speed.
“Our system allows us to penetrate our opponents and create many chances, which we need to convert.”
