THE story of a man who used stolen money to pay lobola in yesterday’s edition of H-Metro triggered a cocktail of responses by our readers.
Isaac Hauzive, 34, appeared before Harare magistrate Dennis Mangosi on Wednesday together with his two accomplices, Panashe Tsuro, 22, and Tongai Chirimumimba, 27, facing allegations of stealing US$17 500 from the Q Bar director in Five Avenue.
Some readers attacked his actions as shameful, while others said although they don’t condone his theft, they “praised” him for using his loot to pay lobola.
