SOME schools have been condemned for failing to provide adequate materials for students, despite receiving full payments.
Yesterday, H-Metro carried a story about parents and guardians of Form One students clashing with Girls High School over uniforms.
Girls High uniforms are now only bought via the school, and when parents went to collect uniforms from the designated boutique on Sunday ahead of schools opening on Monday, they were out of stock. The school told the affected Form One students to wear their old primary school uniforms until their new ones had been delivered.
