Mlue Jay releases new song

SOUTH Africa based hip-hop artiste Mlue Jay has released a new single, titled “Grateful” featuring award-winning Harare artist Malcom Mufunde.

In an interview with Chronicle Showbiz, Mlue Jay said the song aims to express gratitude towards the individuals who support and uplift artistes in their musical endeavours.

“The song is about appreciating the people that support the music and everything we do as artists,” he said.

Mlue Jay and Malcom Mufunde had a dream year in 2020, winning awards and topping charts on streaming platforms.

“I was just appreciating my fans and everyone willing to see me win,” he said.

The song was produced by US-based producer ET and recorded at YeahWeLit Entertainment studios.

Mlue Jay is an esteemed lyricist who has become a standout voice in Zimbabwe’s music scene.

Mlue Jay is based in Johannesburg South Africa, and he hails from Bulawayo.
