SOUTH Africa-based preacher, Prophet Mellontik, has offered to help Paradzai Messi to record his album.

The recording session has already been paid for.

The album will be recorded by Layton Ngolomi.

Speaking to H-Metro, Prophet Mellontik said Mesi’s music helped him at some in time his life when he wanted to commit suicide.

“I think we all know that Paradzai Messi was once a household name in the entertainment industry with the likes of the Zviripachena album, which was a hit.

“I believe that music itself is a gospel that preaches to people so most of the time a musician faces different attacks that takes them out of music and they end up being persecuted.

“We have a number of people who can testify that after listening to one or two songs, things changed for them.

“I was about to commit suicide but his music changed everything.”

He added:

“After seeing that he has changed in 2020, I posted on my Facebook page that I was looking for him but was told that some other people had already helped him.

“After what happened to him, recently, I felt that there is something we could do to bring his music back into the limelight.

“I spoke to him and he said that he needs a little push. “He has fans out there who still love him. In a matter of a few months, he will be back on top.”
