MOUNT Zion producer, T-Man, is teaching his nine-year-old son, Tyler Chirenje to produce beats.

In an interview with H-Metro, he said Tyler is his successor in the music industry.

“I have accepted the fact that I am going to die but I want my music brand and records to continue living in my lineage.

“Tyler already has passion in music and teaching him is very easy because he wants to learn about music.

“They said we should catch them young and I started going to the studio with my son when he was still some months old so he knows this is our life”, he said. Asked which stage he was in learning how to produce, he said: “He already knows how to create beats and now I am teaching him to record vocals and mix them.”

T Man denied the allegations that Tyler was not going to school.

“Tyler is Grade 4 at Woodlands Primary in Waterfalls and he is 92 percent good at school”, he added.
