Former Vice President Phelekezela Mphoko is back in court today for trial continuation in the matter he is accused of criminal abuse of duty.
Mphoko is accused of unlawfully ordering the release of two Zinara officials Davison Norupiri and Moses Juma who had been arrested for fraud and criminal abuse of duty at Avondale Police Station.
The media was barred from attending the trial after the State successfully made an application for the trial to be heard in camera because the evidence being led may be a threat to national security.
