Mr T35 using social football to unite workforce

MR T35 is using social football as a way of recruiting workers.

The team was established seven years ago and it travels nationwide to have a feel of different challenges and levels of social football.

Almost 80 percent of Mr T35 FC players are its workers.

The club’s team manager, Martin Beula, said this has created a good working environment.

“The team has enabled workmates to know each other better.

“It’s easy to build trust in people you can afford to fight for on the field of play.

“These games have even helped us improve our communication,” said Beula.

“Most company workers got their jobs through these matches.

“We travel across the country to have fun and also to play different social league teams.”

MR T35 company is considered as a one-stop shop for Mazda T35 trucks in Zimbabwe.
