Msipa Trust overwhelmed

In an interview on Wednesday, Cde Msipa said his office was inundated with people, especially guardians of underprivileged students, seeking assistance.

He said most people seeking assistance were going back empty-handed.
“It really pains me when I see people coming from all corners of the country to seek assistance under the scholarship fund going back empty handed because of financial challenges we are facing.

“At times I end up regretting ever setting up the scholarship fund when I see some people sleeping in the open after travelling from as far as Binga or some parts of Manicaland to seek assistance,” he said.
