FORMER national team defensive midfielder Lionel M’tizwa is still clubless after being released by Absa Premier Soccer League side Mamelodi Sundowns at the beginning of the season.
M’tizwa hopes that all the hardships he has experienced since leaving the Brazilians a few months ago will pass and he will find a team that will revive his career.
The former Pretoria University industrious midfielder said he has unfinished business in the PSL and if given another chance he will definitely repay any club that will give him the opportunity to shine.
“I know previously my game was jeopardised by injuries a lot but that is all in the past. At the moment I’m injury free and ready to play again.”
The former Warriors player said he would welcome any European and Asian offers.
“I keep myself busy doing jogging, running, exercises in the gym and keeping to my diet as no team will sign a player who is not fit.”
M’tizwa was one of the hopes for the national team midfield department and who would have loved to see his skills taking the country to another level one day.
The former Caps United player was off-loaded by the star studded Brazilians after failing to secure a position in the team.
