MARSHALL MUNETSI scored his fourth goal of the season in French Ligue 1 as he helped Stade Reims power to a 3-0 win over Toulouse at home yesterday.

Pushed by a Jonquet grandstand that was almost full, the Rouge & Blanc started strongly.

Junya Ito fired them ahead after just five minutes and the Zimbabwean midfielder doubled the advantage two minutes later.

The Warriors star has now made 20 appearances for Stade Reims and appears to have improved his conversion rate.

He built his name as a powerful defensive midfielder but Munetsi has been encouraged to venture deeper forward in recent matches after his coach realised he is also a weapon when it comes to goals.
