ANDY Muridzo is working on a festive song titled “Live Your Life” alongside Congolese star J Wave.

In an interview with H-Metro, Muridzo’s brand manager, Ronald Mujuru, said they were aiming on strengthening relations with other countries, through collaborations.

“Our mid-term goal is to penetrate beyond the borders.

“We believe that working on projects, with other countries, will go a long way in getting us into the markets that we are targeting.

“As we do the projects, we try and work with artists who share the same vision with us, people who will add value to our brand.

“There has to be some synch before we engage on collaborations.” He added: “We want to be visible in most African markets and once that is achieved, we would then go beyond the African continent and be internationally recognised.”

He said the musician wants to release a song which resonates with end-of-year events like Christmas and New Year to spice up the festive mood.

“We intend to release the track together with the video and the track is about 80 percent complete as beat and vocals have been placed on the track.

“Once mastering has been completed, we will immediately start working on the visuals.

“Expect the track before Christmas since it is a Christmas present to our fans.”

He said this will be the first time Muridzo and J Wave will be working together.

“It is the first time that these two are working together. “This will be the fourth international collaboration that Andy will be doing.

“We have worked with Slizer, Zolasko and Haitham Kim.”
