Musona impresses Mamelodi Sundowns

Just like his brother Knowledge, Walter could be joining the South African Premiership without having played in the domestic league.

Walter is a product of the Aces Youth Soccer Academy that has produced Knowledge, Khama Billiat, George Chigova and Abbas Amidu.
Knowledge joined Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs from Division One side AYSA three years ago.

Aces Youth Soccer Academy director Nigel Munyati yesterday said his club is hoping the Brazilians will open negotiations for the highly rated Walter. “At the moment we are waiting to hear from Sundowns with regards to their position on the player. He went for trials last week and I heard that he impressed the coaches at the club. Currently the Sundowns coach (Pitso Mosimane) is not yet back from Ghana with the team and he has not yet made a decision,” said Munyati.
