Eduard Kubelik of Czech Republic was fourth in 10.66 seconds and Iraq’s Falah Al-Khazaali was fifth in 10.75 seconds.

On sixth place was Brazil’s Igor Clemente Medeiros with a time of 10.77 seconds. There were six heats for the men’s 100m round 1.
