A DZIVARASEKWA 2 woman claims her brother insults her by calling her “a barren prostitute.”
She claims he has been subjecting her to harassment in an attempt to evict her from their father’s house.
Jane Goredema said their father left them a four-roomed house, and her brother, Alexio Tichaona, uses three rooms with his family.
She uses one room.
She said Alexio mocks her, calling her a barren prostitute.
“I’ve never been married but I cohabit with my boyfriend.
“Alexio is trying to evict me from the house.
“Anoti ndiringomwa and it pains me,” said Jane.
Jane said one of her nieces was impregnated and Alexio blames her.
Alexio accused Jane and her boyfriend of not paying electricity bills and she applied for a peace order when he asked for payment.
‘It’s been long since they paid for electricity at home and she is making this application so that I don’t ask for money for electricity,” said Alexio.
Magistrate Sharon Mashavira granted Jane the peace order.
