Nakamba backs Scottland FC to win league, lauds Sakupwanya’s support

WARRIORS captain Marvelous Nakamba has commended Scott Sakupwanya for his life-changing incentives at Scotland FC.

Posting in his X-handle today the Luton Town midfielder also wished the Zifa Northern Region log leaders best wishes for the team’s final game against Black Mambas on Friday.

“I would like to send my best wishes to @ScottlandFC ahead of their final game on Friday. To the owner Scott Sakupwanya, thank you for uplifting, supporting and changing lives for the players and not forgetting the help you give to the national team,” wrote Nakamba.

The former Bantu Rovers junior’s call comes after the club’s players have been buoyed on by good incentives which include 20 cars donated by business mogul Wicknel Chivayo.

The flamboyant Harare businessman pledged US$1 million if the team is promotes to the Premiership.

Sakupwanya promised each player US$10 000 if they win the league.

The players have been enjoying good bonuses for wins among them US$200 per goal scored.

Genesis Mamombe is the club’s head coach and has a number of experienced players who came with infield leadership that has been key to the side.

Cleopas Dube, Ronald Pfumbidzayi, Denver Mukamba and Bhekimpilo Ncube have had a good impact at the championship chasing side.
