In an interview, Bulawayo branch manager Mr Oscar Fredericks said their market share was growing.
“Our sales are promising as we have managed to create customer loyalty and clients keep coming back to us for any technological upgrade and supplies.
“We have been taking out old machinery for our customers, delivering better ones and this was easy to achieve because we have history with them,” he said.
Mr Fredericks said their main strength was service delivery as they emphasised on after sales service whereby they make sure customers were comfortable with their products.
“In as much as we dominate the market we make sure that we educate our clients on how to use our products as well as making installations and repairs where necessary. I think it is also important for businesses in the country to work more on service delivery as this allows growth,” he said.
Mr Fredericks said the company had launched a new model of duplicator machines (copiers) and it was a huge success as the market had responded positively.
“We launched the new DX 2330 and DX 2430 duplicator machines as a way of cutting costs and improving efficient performance to our customers and this is the most popular machine we have sold so far.
“It has been a huge success in terms of productivity and response by the clients was encouraging. Most of our customers are schools and companies hence production of exam papers and other huge paper work activities were made easier.”
He said their company was also servicing rural and marginalised areas of Zimbabwe that were usually sidelined by other companies.
“We do service rural areas such as Beitbridge, Mberengwa and Bikita just to mention a few and we are embarking on a project whereby we produce machines that do not need electricity.
“Our equipment can work on battery power and producing machines that do not need electricity will also cater for the rural population as well as the ongoing power cuts,” Mr Fredericks said.
