National Foods CEO resigns

National Foods Holding limited Group CEO Mr Jeremy Brooke has resigned from the firm after 22 years of service. Mr Brooke, whose resignation is effective October 31, 2014, has been CEO since 2007. Natfoods chairman Mr Todd Moyo, who announced the resignation, said Mr Brooke’s wanted to spend more time with his family and pursue personal business interests. He paid tribute to Mr Brooke for the immense contribution that he made during his time with the company.

“Jeremy has led the National Foods Group through difficult times. He joined the Innscor group in 1992 and was appointed to the role of CEO of the National Foods Group in 2007.

“In that role he was instrumental in making National Foods, the company that it is today,” he said.

Mr Moyo said the group’s operations director Mr Micheal Lashbrook would be acting chief executive while the board is looking for Mr Brooke’s successor.
