POPULAR social media comedian Nceku (real name Thuba Sibanda) is ready to crack ribs during his second annual one man show dubbed Bhururu tonight at the Family of God church auditorium in Bulawayo.

Fifty percent of the VIP tickets have been sold for the show which will also be a live DVD recording.

Following the successful holding of his first Live DVD recording named I am Nceku at the Robert Sibson Hall in Bulawayo last year, Nceku wants to take it a notch higher today.

On the line up is gospel choir Vocal Ex lead singer Chelsea Mguni who plays Bhiyenka, Nceku’s estranged girlfriend. The night will also mark Nceku’s entry into the music industry as he will record live his yet-to-be-named debut album.

Nceku said all was set for the event.

He said the show Bhururu will be about encouraging people to live in harmony.

“The lessons that will be coming out of this comedy set are to live with people in harmony. The word Bhururu means friend. It encourages everybody to have as many Bhururus in life and try to be a Bhururu to others.

“It’s about encouraging good relations between people,” said Nceku.

Advance tickets to the show are pegged at $3 while at the door they will be sold for $5.
