DYNAMOS assistant coach Tonderai Ndiraya believes the excitement in their camp will be helpful in bringing out a positive result to the team against rivals CAPS United when they clash in the Bob 91 Super Cup at National Stadium on Sunday. Ndiraya is hopeful that their team will be able to stand up against old nemesis as they welcome back midfielders Steven Alimenda and Ronald Chitiyo.

Alimenda missed the last match against the same opponent through injury while Chitiyo was not registered with the Harare Giants.

Ndiraya said the return of the two will bring more experience to the team.

“We are yet to finalise our team and after the last result in which we fell to CAPS United through the penalties is encouraging the boys to work even much hard. The boys are working even much harder after the last result and everyone is even excited with the final,” said Ndiraya. The team is also happy that they are the defending champions and would like to keep the trophy again this year as they say it is an important trophy.

“We take every match against CAPS United as a big match and we are going to put everything at them and make sure we win the match. Even if it’s off season any game against CAPS United is a must win match and can never be looked down upon so we will have the same character when we play on Sunday.

“We are still trying to find combinations but with what we have we can play anyone and there is also a lot of improvement in terms of fitness levels within the players.”
