NENGASHA Stars extended their blistering form in the Zifa Mat North Division 2A league after chalking up a crucial 2-0 away win against Corinthians at Chinotimba ground at the weekend to maintain their unbeaten run.
Godknows Mbewe and Kerinara Chirwa were on target as Stars went four points clear of second-placed Shumba Stars.
Shumba suffered a 2-3 defeat to fourth-placed Amagagasi.
Trumus Warriors earned a hard fought 3-2 win over Hwange Railstars, with a Suprime Mhlanga brace and Leslie Mulenga’s strike making the difference.
