MUCHEKE Stadium in Masvingo will tomorrow host the eagerly-awaited Chibuku Neshamwari Traditional Dance Festival national final.
Jah Prayzah, Killer T and Tocky Vibes will also perform at the traditional music extravaganza.
Groups specialising in Mutshongoyo, Beni Arinoti, Nsumbuke, Mbende, Nsumbuke, Chinyambera, Setapa, Mhande and Dinhe, among other dances, are set to fight for the US$15 000 first prize.
The group that will come second tomorrow will take home US$10 000, while the third-placed group will walk away with US$7 500.
Khaya Arts will represent Bulawayo province, with the Nyaungwe Dance Group, which specialises in the Mbende dance, representing Mashonaland East Province.
Matabeleland South will be represented by Bolamba, a group which is best known for its unique Setapa dance.
Pezhuba Pachena, a group which specialises in the Nsumbuke Dance, will be the Matabeleland North representatives.
Energetic Chinyambera dancers, Dzimbahwe Nengoma, are seeking to impress the judges and take the coveted prize to Mashonaland Central.
The Culture Warriors, a group which specialises in the Dinhe dance, is the Harare representatives.
Gango, which specialises in Mbakumba, will represent Masvingo province, with Mkango Malawi Nyau dance group being the Midlands representatives.
Mutare-based Dapuraunanzva Arts Ensemble is the Manicaland representative, with Budiriro Arts, which will perform the Mhande dance, representing Mashonaland West.
