A NEW app similar to WhatsApp, Talk Chart has hit Harare courtesy of a Dubai-based Zimbabwean businessman.

The app was developed by Tempter Paul Tungwarara under his company Prevail Group of Companies.

It will be officially launched on a date to be announced, officials said.

Acting marketing manager, Talent Mushayamano, said the app will hit the streets with a bang.

It gained more traction at the recent Ada Ehi show at the Harare International Conference Centre (HICC), which was organised by Gateway Streams, over the weekend.

“This is a mobile application which enables people to communicate and chat from anywhere across the world.

“We will divulge more on the day of the launch.

“It’s already working for communication.

“It’s just like other communication applications such as WhatsApp, but it will have more advantages, especially for locals here in Zimbabwe.

“The app is being launched in Zimbabwe and it’s already on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.”

Some lucky fans won more than 50 tickets to attend the show through its social media platforms while some also won prizes.
