The construction of a hostel for female students at Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE) is nearing completion, as the institution expedites the expansion of its student accommodation capacity.

In an interview with The Sunday Mail, BUSE vice-chancellor Professor Eddie Mwenje said the new hostel will accommodate 352 students.
“The building of a 352-bed hostel for female students is 98 percent complete,” he said.
“We will soon begin constructing a 352-bed hostel for male students.”

Currently, the institution accommodates 398 students.
