NEW: China’s special representative pays courtesy call on Min Shava

CHINA’S special representative on African Affairs Mr Liu Yuxi paid a courtesy call on Foreign Affairs and International Trade Minister Ambassador Frederick Shava in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on Tuesday.

Harare and Beijing have always closely collaborated in multilateral fora.

“Zimbabwe and China share excellent bilateral and economic relations and have always cooperated in the multilateral fora,” posted the ministry on its Twitter handle.

Minister Shava is in Ethiopia for the 42nd Ordinary Session of the Executive Council meeting of the African Union (AU).
