A CHIPINGE whizkid, who scored 25 points in his Advanced Level Science and Commercial subjects studies, is appealing for help to undertake university education.

Devine Chara scored 25 points after sitting five subjects – Business Studies, Chemistry, Pure Mathematics, Statistics and Biology – in the Zimbabwe Schools Examinations Council (ZIMSEC) Advanced Level 2022 examinations at Gaza High in Chipinge.

His father, Mr Hama Chara said his son has always been been brilliant since his primary school days.

“My child has been posting impressive results since his days in primary school. I managed to work hard so that he goes through to A-Level, but it is unfortunate that I can no longer be able to finance his studies at university.

“I am kindly appealing to anyone who may assist the child so that he fulfils his educational dreams. It will be heartbreaking for him to fail to proceed because I do not have any proper source of income,” he said.

19-year-old Devine scored four units at Grade Seven when he was still at Dangare Primary in Mutare before he scoring 14 As at O-Level.

Those who wish to assist Devine can get in touch with his father on  +263 78 391 2318.
