NEW: Chipinge farmers train in conservation agriculture

USAID Zimbabwe’s Resilience ANCHORS program and Foundations for Farming has commenced training 270 lead farmers in Chipinge district on conservation agriculture. 

Posting on its Twitter handle on Wednesday, USAID Zimbabwe said both students and community members will benefit from the training on conservation agriculture. 

“The training involves setting up nine school-based demonstration gardens that both students and community members will use to learn about soil and water conservation farming, organic farming and adapting to climate change.”
