Taking on his X handle, Buhera West Member of Parliament, Cde Tafadzwa Mugwadi wrote:
“Dzenga village Ward 15! This village had never seen a well of safe water since 1980 but I am thankful to His Excellency, President Mnangagwa and the Presidential Borehole Drilling scheme. We asked for water and we got that. What else? Horticulture loading!”
President Mnangagwa launched the Presidential Borehole Scheme in 2021 to provide safe drinking water to all villagers and ensure food security through community irrigation projects.
