Budget airliner Fastjet Zimbabwe has added two new routes as part of efforts to boost regional tourism.

It currently connects major three cities – Harare, Victoria Falls and Bulawayo.

The airliner said it has introduced a new international schedule from Nelspruit Kruger Mpumalanga to Victoria Falls and Maun to Victoria Falls.

Fastjet Zimbabwe spokesperson Mr Nunurai Ndawana said the introduction of new routes will boost the tourism industry.

“We are delighted to be launching new routes from Victoria Falls to Kruger Mpumalanga and Victoria Falls to Maun in Botswana effective from March 16 and June 30, respectively,” he said.

“The routes are key to the development of the tourism industry because the destinations are high-traffic areas.”
