FADING Harare giants CAPS United suffered a humiliating 6-2 defeat at the hands of Castle Lager Premiership log leaders Manica Diamonds at Sakubva Stadium today.
The result means that the Gem Boys remain at the summit of the top-flight league table though tied with Chicken Inn on 12 points.
Manica Diamonds have a superior goal difference.
In today’s match a brace from Lloyd Katongomara and another from man-of-the-match Charles Teguru as well as a goal apiece from Collin Dhuwa and Farai Mugumwa made all the difference.
CAPS United got their consolation goals through William Manondo and Rodwell Chinyengetere.
