DYNAMOS have secured a kit sponsorship deal with 90Mins+, which will take effect from next season.

The Harare club’s three-year kit contract with BTO Looks expires at the end of this current season and will not be renewed.

Executive vice-chairperson Vincent Chawonza said the deal with 90Mins+ has been sealed and that secretary general Webster Marechera and treasurer Beadle Musa Gwasira will travel to Germany in the coming weeks to get a look at the plant where the shirts will be manufactured.

The club has also renewed its sponsorship deal with Sakunda Holdings and will reportedly enter into another deal with Tinmac Holdings from next year.

“As Dynamos Football Club, we are glad to announce the coming of a new kit sponsorship deal with 90Mins+,” Chawonza said.

“It is an area we have been looking at enhancing in terms of our brand management.

“After lengthy deliberations and considerations, we decided to go into bed with 90Mins+.

“They are a renowned organisation serving the world and we are happy to associate ourselves with such a giant in the industry.

“So we are looking at unveiling the kits early next year with replicas also coming,” said Chawonza.

He said Dynamos are moving towards the right direction in terms of building an attractive brand.

“The coming in of these partnerships is testimony to this.

“We have several business partnerships on the way. Besides this kit deal, we also have Rouxgold, which usually flies the team to away matches on board. We are trying our best to bring the glamour back.”

Although Chawonza was not at liberty to confirm the developments, Zimpapers Sports understand that Dynamos’ sponsorship deal with Sakunda Holdings has been renewed.

The energy giant has been financially backing the Glamour Boys for the past three years.

The current contract is lapsing at the end of this season, but an insider revealed that the deal has been renewed for three more years.

Dynamos are also understood to have entered into another mega-dollar deal with Tinmac Holdings starting in 2024.

“The deal with Sakunda Holdings has been renewed,” said the source.

“Everyone at the club is delighted as to have gone to bed with Sakunda Holdings for the next three years. You know what the past three years have been with Sakunda Holdings on board.

“The team has resembled stability and obviously everyone wishes to see that continuing.

“The team has also secured another sponsorship deal with Tinmac Holdings. The latter is also coming for the next three years.”
