THE Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) has reviewed the price of liquefied petroleum (LP) gas for the month of November, with prices marginally going down in US$ and slightly up in local currency.

A kg of LP gas now costs US$1,78 down from US$1,80 and went up to S1 133,05 from $1 161,88.

ZERA last reviewed the prices exactly a month ago.

“Stakeholders are advised that the LP gas prices for the month of November, calculated according to the Petroleum (Liquified Petroleum Gas Pricing) Regulations 90 of 2021 are as follows: US$1,78 and $1 113,05 per kg.

“Operators are advised to display the prices at their retail outlets at a prominent place in clearly legible letters. Please, note that it is permissible to sell the product below the prescribed prices depending on one’s trading advantages,” reads ZERA’s notice to the public.
