NEW: Man kills 15-year-old ‘wife’

A 31-year-old Gwanda man assaulted and killed his 15-year-old ‘wife’, over accusations of infidelity. 

It is believed that the couple was cohabiting. 

In a statement, the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) said they arrested Thandazani Ncube in connection with the alleged murder. 

“On November 6, 2022 police in Gwanda arrested Thandazani Ncube (31) in connection with a murder case in which he assaulted his alleged wife (15) to death on allegations of infidelity,” reads part of the statement.
