NEW: Ngezi, CAPS United clash at Baobab

MORE fans are now expected to throng the stadiums following an exciting opening week of the 2023 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League which produced eleven goals.

Giants, Dynamos and CAPS United, won their matches against Hwange and Manica Diamonds, while Highlanders fired blanks in their goalless draw against ZPC Kariba at Barbourfields on Sunday.

Makepekepe, who beat Manica Diamonds 2-0 at the National Sports stadium on Sunday, travel to Mhondoro for a date with Ngezi Platinum Stars at Baobab, in what is the pick of Match Day Two fixtures.

DeMbare will be hoping to make it two wins in a row when they host Premiership new boys Sheasham at the National Sports stadium on Sunday.

Bosso play bogey side Black Rhinos at the same venue on Saturday.

Once again, there will be an overload at the National Sports stadium which will host three matches in three days, with ZPC Kariba also playing at the venue against Bulawayo Chiefs on Monday.

The high-profile match between Ngezi Platinum Stars and CAPS United will be screened live on ZTN Prime at 1 PM.

For the second week running, Herentals will make the long trip to Gibbo to face Greenfuel.

The Students lost 0-1 against Triangle at the same venue last Sunday.
