Palestine has condemned the killing of 11 Palestinians during an Israeli army invasion in the northern West Bank city of Nablus on Wednesday.
In a statement on Thursday, the Embassy of Palestine in Harare said the number of Palestinian victims killed since the beginning of the year has risen to 60.
“The state of Palestine is disappointed with the low level of international reactions to the heinous crimes of massacre committed by the apartheid Israeli government and its army against our people in the city of Nablus, and we consider them weak reactions and statements, which are general repetitive without any solid action that compels Israel to stop its crimes against humanity,” it said.
Palestine has urged the international community to speak out against any violations of international law by Israeli forces, and called for an emergency United Nations Security Council session on the killings in Nablus.
