“Hazvishamisire”, the title track among others.
The novice artiste has good voice laced with many unique features and becomes one of the latest youths vying for recognition in the music industry.
There is maturity and motivation in his choice of words which tempts one to think that he is already an expert in the music. Irimayi ventured into the musical sector 15 years ago but had not released an album due to financial constraints.
“I was born with a passion for music and I started playing a guitar at a four while I was in Mutare and from there I never looked back,” he said.
“The road was not that easy as I had to endure a 14 years struggling and only dreams to come true this year when I released this album.”
Irimayi, who is also a teacher by profession at Blackfordby Primary School in Highfield, has expressed satisfaction with the release of this album.
“The release of this album means a lot to me and can describe it as breakthrough which marks the beginning of my musical career as I have struggled for long to make a mark,” he said.
The 38-year-old musician said he is looking forward to reach a great level in future.
“I want to take music seriously in my career and next year I will be enrolling at the Zimbabwe College of Music. I have already registered only waiting for the lessons to commence,” said Irimayi.
